How to Remove Safetyalert.info Pop-up from Computer?

Help! When I am in Google Search, Gmail or doing anything within my Google Browser, I continually get redirected to this: http://Safetyalert.info/?source=internalp#!p&component=displaysettings

Every time I open a new page I get a popup from one of few sites Safetyalert.info This site tells me to update my Google Chrome (default browser)

Seen as the screenshot, your computer is blocked, but not by malware or adware on your computer but by safetyalert.info popup.

Why computer window is blocked by safetyalert.info popup?

Safetyalert.info is reported as a browser hijacker or redirect virus, which can come into computer via bundling with other free-downloaded software. And the other case is that computer user may response to email attachment or click on links on your computer somewhere, normally the computer user is not conscious about this.
